We are dedicated to academic growth and excellence! We offer academic after school, private tutoring and summer camp.

Impact Learning Centers has an array of programs available that can be tailored to the community we serve. Each program is grounded in the same foundational principle; provide high quality academic support to educational institutions to positively impact minority student success for grade K to 8.

We also provide social emotional workshops, STEM projects, chess instruction, reading club and Middle/HighSchool Work-study programs. We ensure that every learner has a well-rounded experience. At Impact Learning Centers, our mission is to foster educational equity by providing underserved students with the academic support, leadership development, and social-emotional support they need to succeed. Through small-group tutoring, engaging enrichment activities, and a safe learning environment, we empower students to achieve academic success in math and ELA, while promoting community building through active family and community engagement. Our dedicated team of DOE-certified educators and experienced tutors work to ensure that every child, regardless of their background, has access to high-quality education, ultimately laying the foundation for lifelong success.

Our Mission

Academic Afterschool (K-6)

After school care with academic tutoring and homework completion services.

Growing Leaders Work-study Program (7-8)

An opportunity for middle and high school students to work alongside our experienced staff and get hands-on work experience.

Summer Camp (K-6)

We prepare your learner to be ahead of the curve by preparing them for the first unit of the upcoming grade!

Tutoring (K-12)

For the learner that needs additional academic support, private tutoring is available with our licensed teachers.

My kids started at Impact Learning Center in the summer to help prepare them for their next grade, and prepared them they have ! My kids jump right back into school with the right attitude and we all know it takes time for the kids to readjust. I loved the summer program so much I enrolled them into the after school. I ❤️ being part of the ILC mission. The owners of the program are a lovely couple who are putting tireless effort into serving the families and children of the community. We provide the kiddos with a healthy snack (or two!) and offer homework help. The Center is a safe and enriching environment for young minds. We recognize that the parents in the community work hard. Our hours accommodate a later work schedule than other after school programs, and most importantly, it is our mission to provide your child with homework help to lessen your load. We make learning fun! Our goal is to ensure your child leaves with their homework completed, and to further enrich their skills. We want you to be able to spend more quality time with your little one (and less time stressing over improper fractions!) The ILC staff are equipped to help with all kinds of homework: a variety of grade levels and subjects as well as state test prep, help with a project, we can do it all! What are you waiting for? I must say that this business as a whole is well put together. The employers are both well-renown educators so they understand exactly how to cater to a child’s needs. The space is clean, colorful, and vast enough for young children to feel comfortable and I’m sure it’s gotten better since I’ve been there. I worked with ILC about a year ago and during that time they were already providing academic assistance within actual schools. I had the opportunity to help supervise an afterschool homework-help program at David Patterson. Impact Learning Center has their own clientele as well, the children at the center are so sweet. Between the Center and the elementary school I garnered some intensive experience as a childcare expert & tutor, even though I stayed for a short time. I would have stayed much longer if my circumstance permitted it so. I recommend this place to any parent who needs high-quality academic assistance for their child.
